Toast was designed from the ground up by Red Herring Concepts, a Nebraska-based hospitality company specializing in distinctive and eclectic restaurants and bars. We are an insanely passionate and fiercely independent team of food and beverage professionals whose collective mission is to artfully and intelligently create an intoxicating blend of hot concept and cool joints, citywide icons and neighborhood watering holes, well kept secrets and local hangouts, each carefully crafted to charm the spirit, captivate the senses and satisfy the soul.
